Executive Mini Class: The Personality of Leadership

The Executive MS in Human Resource Management (EMS HRM) program is excited to offer a mini class experience for prospective students. In this mini-lecture, Prof. Stephan Dilchert, Academic Director of the EMS HRM program, will discuss the human capital characteristics that relate to performance in leadership roles, with a particular emphasis on personality. You will learn what personality is (and what it is not), what aspects are important for behavior at work, and what traits make for great and inspiring leaders. We'll conclude with an overview and discussions of how organizations can use this knowledge to increase organizational performance and employee well-being. This mini class will be hosted via Zoom; registrants will receive Zoom access details before the event. Registration may be limited. |
