The Executive MBA in Healthcare Administration (EMBA HCA) program is excited to offer a mini class experience for prospective students. There are many ways that data can help managers assess and improve the quality of healthcare services. Prof. Alex Mills, Academic Director of the EMBA HCA program, will discuss how to choose a context-appropriate definition of quality, and how to design effective measures with an eye toward quality improvement. This mini class will be hosted via Zoom; registrants will receive Zoom access details before the event. Registration may be limited. |
