The Executive MBA (EMBA) program is excited to offer a mini class experience for prospective students. While upsetting the balance of our lives all over the world, the pandemic also highlighted enduring themes and emerging trends for leadership practice. In this mini class, Prof. Don Waisanen explores what should be at the center of every business leader's philosophy and behaviors in a new and uncertain post-pandemic world. Detailing what has changed in our organizational environments, drawing from a wealth of research and surprising insights, and challenging participants' key assumptions about leadership through discussion and exercises, this mini-class will introduce part of an adaptive, actionable framework for both rising and established leaders used in our executive curricula.
